Since 1987, Japan Third Party Co., Ltd. (JTP) has been working to develop further businesses in the field of information and communication control, and working together with not only dominant but also overseas corporations. All of our employees agree to the policies below and act as it is written.

Information resources include resources, but not be limited to, computer network, software resource, digital data, storages, documents, agreements and intellectual property that are controlled by JTP, and all of resource that were provided from clients.

To protect covered information resources, JTP provides risk assessment estimates the importance of information resources, performs risk analysis, and suggests effective solution. In addition, JTP improves security management system such as by placing senior information managers and conducts regular internal audit for continuous improvement.

1) JTP complies with all the laws and the regulations relevant to information security.
2) JTP provides regular education and training to raise awareness of information security.
3) JTP will draw up business continuity plan to minimize down time, and adjust the plan regularly.
4) When JTP employees violate the compliance, they shall receive disciplinary punishment. For temporary staffs and subcontractors shall be punished base on their contract.

When information security incident occurs, the finder shall inform it to senior information security manager and should take countermeasure if needed and analyze the incident cause to avoid recurrence.
