JTP has made it our business to help leading high-tech companies prosper in the Japan region.

JTP proposes the "Sunrise-Midday-Sunset" strategy or Lifecycle Management Service for overseas high-tech manufacturers, starting from business introduction through the Growth phase, Maturity phase, right up to the End of Life phase. We provide fine-tuned services according to your product life cycle. There are three stages of the business cycle. We identify your business stage and offer fine-tuned services according to each of the phase.

When overseas high-tech companies want to start a business in the Japan market, three stages are expected: "Introduction to the market" (Sunrise), "Growth and Maturity of Product" (Midday) and "Decline from the market" (Sunset). We are providing the "Structure" and "Service System" at every stage and for every customer's requirement.

These three stages are performing well at the working group of "Soft ware, Field ware and Hard ware" respectively.

Aiming to provide high quality service, JTP has its own operating systems, including the individual measuring system (LxE2) and Quality Assurance System based on the International Organization for Standardization (ISO): ISO9001. Furthermore, JTP has a multi-functional system providing multi-jobs by a single engineer. Therefore, we are able to increase job efficiency. We were invited to participate in the international bid competition, as we are a reputable organization with high quality products and competitive prices.

We need to support the product hardware and software with a high level of technical knowledge, as well as to support the diversity of the product's environment.
Furthermore, we need to establish the support structure to manage from the minor product systems to the major product systems. On top of that, our service support business areas are now expanding not only from Japan as our 'base point', but also to Asia Pacific regions such as China, Korea and Taiwan, to meet the increasing customer demand for support network, and also to be the 'Facet' of Asia's time zone.


Software Solution


■Education
For Users, JTP can provide a wide variety of training programs regarding new software technology by using Japanese textbooks. JTP is also assisting to produce these Japanese textbooks. The first step is to start in Japan. Almost all of the global IT leading manufacturers produce these textbooks when they bring new software products and/or new systems into the Japan market.

■Software Development
For end-users, JTP can assist in the program localization and development for the requirements, because the application software and/or interface program will be required when the global lT manufacturers deliver the new software product and/or new systems to the End-Users.

■Help Desk and Call Center
After Education and Software Development, JTP can assist to provide solutions for troubleshooting through our call centers. Queries will arise from users when troubles occur on new systems. JTP will study these problems, analyze the issues and reply back by telephone. It is the Help Desk that is providing technical support for the technical engineers.


Field Solution


■Computer System Support
JTP provides on-site support service or maintenance service on the network system and its peripheral equipment. The network is integrated using "Servers" procured by global IT manufacturers.

■IT based System Support
JTP provides on-site support service or maintenance service on IT based Equipment and Systems, including "Chemical Analyzer System", "Advanced Medical System", and "Semiconductor System"


Hardware Solution


■ Integration Support
JTP provides the OEM support service at the factories of global IT manufacturers in Japan. Services include Computer System Integration, installing software and deployment. We also assist in customization, final system inspection and support before product delivery.

■Repair Center
JTP provides the troubleshooting and repair work for products produced overseas. The work is carried out at the JTP factory without the need to return to the overseas factory. Manufacturers can get time-savings and cost-savings, including transportation fees.
